We want you to love your Loeffler Randall purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, full-price items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items and the original packing slip inside the original shoebox or shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
